Returns and Refund Policy

Our Returns Philosophy
At Miqat, we stand behind every watch that leaves our atelier. We understand that buying a timepiece online requires trust, and we take that seriously. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to find a fair and prompt resolution for you.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, as different situations are handled differently. If you’re ever unsure, just reach out, we’d rather talk it through than have you stuck.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The watch is unworn and in its original, unaltered condition.
- The watch is returned in its original packaging — presentation box, warranty card, certificate of authenticity, manual, and all included accessories.
- The watch has not been resized, adjusted, or modified in any way.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Please note: Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalised watches — including pieces with engraving, custom dials, or made-to-order configurations.
- Limited edition releases — unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event — these are marked clearly at the time of purchase.
- Straps and accessories that have been worn or show signs of use.
- Gift cards — these are non-refundable under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@yourbrand.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos (especially if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely using the original packaging, include your RMA number inside the box, and ship it back using a trackable, insured courier.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Important: We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please use a reliable courier and retain your tracking details until the return is confirmed.
Return Shipping Costs

Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm the item meets our return conditions, we will process your refund promptly.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed on our end, plus additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty or wrong item sent).
- If you paid using a buy now pay later service, the refund will be processed according to that provider’s terms.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. If you haven’t received it within 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate right away.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your watch for a different model, colour, or strap option subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must meet the same eligibility conditions as a standard return (see Section 2).
- If the replacement item is of a higher value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference before dispatch.
- If the replacement item is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll offer you a full refund or store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We inspect every watch carefully before it leaves us, but if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise and we’ll make it right.
What to do:
- Photograph the outer packaging and the watch before opening or wearing — this is essential for courier insurance claims.
- Contact us at support@yourbrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer — as quickly as possible.
Damage caused by normal wear, accidents, water exposure beyond the watch’s water resistance rating, or unauthorised servicing is not covered under this policy and falls under our separate Warranty terms.
Warranty
Every Meeqat timepiece comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, worn straps, depleted batteries)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling
- Water damage beyond the watch’s stated water resistance rating
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Theft or loss
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description or photos of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process step by step.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind before your order ships? No problem, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order, as we process and dispatch quickly.
- If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but you can initiate a return once it arrives.
- To cancel, email us immediately at support@yourbrand.com with your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation.”
- Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
