Where We Ship
We ship our timepieces worldwide from our home in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, to watch enthusiasts across the globe. Whether you’re in the UAE, the broader GCC, or on the other side of the planet, we’ll find a way to get your watch to you safely.
We currently ship to: UAE (Domestic), all GCC countries, and internationally worldwide.
Please note that certain remote regions or countries may face shipping restrictions due to courier limitations or local regulations. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your address, drop us a message before placing your order, we’re happy to check for you.
Order Processing
We take our time to make sure your order is perfectly prepared before it leaves us. Every watch is carefully inspected, timed, and packaged in our signature presentation box before dispatch.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Sunday–Thursday) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Fridays, or during UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Pre-order and limited-edition pieces may carry an additional production lead time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total wait time = processing days + transit days.

We partner with leading couriers including DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex, to ensure your timepiece is in trusted hands throughout its journey.

Transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or unexpected delays. We’ll always keep you informed if something comes up.
How We Pack Your Watch
Your timepiece deserves an unboxing experience worthy of what’s inside. Every order ships in our branded presentation box, secured inside a rigid outer shipping carton with protective foam inserts designed to absorb shocks during transit.
Included in every package:
- Watch presentation box
- Warranty card
- Instruction manual
- Certificate of authenticity
- Polishing cloth
- Additional strap (where applicable)
Gift shipping? We offer complimentary gift messaging. Simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card with your message, no price tags or invoices inside the box.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your watch’s journey in real time.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for a dispatch email from us.
- Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment on the courier’s website.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours after dispatch, get in touch, we’ll look into it right away.
Most international shipments become trackable within 24 hours of dispatch as the package is scanned into the courier’s system.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Important: We are required by law to accurately declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We do not undervalue shipments or mark orders as “gifts” to avoid import fees, this protects both you and us.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for watches before placing an order. Any delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control. Rest assured, we use all the correct documentation to help your package clear as smoothly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take full responsibility for your order until it’s delivered to your door. All shipments are fully insured for their declared value.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Please photograph the outer packaging and the watch before opening further — this is important for any insurance claim.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos attached.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer as quickly as possible.
If your package is lost: If tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Once confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returning a Shipment
If you need to return your watch, please do not ship it back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.
- Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- The watch must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all included documentation.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service when sending anything back. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
