Who We Are
Miqat Timepieces LLC is an independent watch brand registered in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (Trade Licence No. [XXXXXX]). References to “we”, “our”, or “Miqat” throughout this page refer to that entity.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Placing an order does not guarantee a sale. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued where payment has already been taken.
Prices are listed in USD and include applicable VAT where required. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.
For pre orders and limited releases, your payment secures your place in the production run. Timelines are estimates and can shift, we will keep you updated at every stage.
Shipping and Returns
Full details on delivery timeframes, costs, and how we handle returns and refunds are covered in our dedicated Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages. Those policies form part of these terms.
Warranty
Every Miqat watch comes with a 2 years warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Water damage beyond the watch’s stated water resistance rating
- Battery replacement and regular service wear such as crystals, straps, and crowns
- Watches opened or serviced by an unauthorised party
To make a warranty claim, email support@miqat.watch with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including the Miqat name, logo, dial designs, photography, and written copy belongs to us. Nothing on this site grants you permission to use our brand or content without prior written approval. You are welcome to share our products on social media. If you tag us, you give us permission to repost your content, with credit to you.
Our Liability
We take care in everything we do, but we are not responsible for losses that are indirect, consequential, or outside our reasonable control. Our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. If you are based in the EU or UK, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on our website at the time of your order is the one that applies to that purchase. We will notify registered customers of any material changes by email.
