We use TMI and Seagull automatic movements. Both are chosen for their reliability, accuracy, and serviceability.

What is the water resistance?
Our watches are rated 100m water resistant, suitable for swimming and everyday wear. We recommend avoiding hot water and always rinsing after exposure to saltwater.

What is the warranty period?
Every Miqat watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What are your shipping and return policies?
We ship from Ras Al Khaimah using reliable carriers.

UAE delivery: 1–3 business days
GCC: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

We offer 14 days to return unworn watches in original condition.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders above AED 600 within the UAE. Shipping fees for other regions are calculated at checkout.

How often should a mechanical watch be serviced?
We recommend servicing every 5–7 years, depending on usage. We can help coordinate servicing through experienced watchmakers in Dubai.

Are your watches limited?
Yes. We intentionally produce in small batches to maintain quality and exclusivity.
